SOLUTION SQUAD: PUTTING THE M IN STEM

Fresh from popular STEM comics panels in San Diego and New York, veteran Indiana math teacher and comic creator Jim McClain leads a guided tour of his new graphic novel, Solution Squad. Featuring math-based superheroes, Solution Squad is the first curriculum-based STEM/STEAM comic of its kind. The book and its accompanying lesson plans and activities entertain and educate at the same time. Attendees will receive a free download code for a digital classroom presentation form of the Solution Squad’s first published adventure, as well as a printable lesson plan so teachers and parents can use it immediately to make math fun for their kids!
